Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made / Personalized items (unless there is a quality issue or sizing error caused by us).

Items marked as "Final Sale".

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us at Support@azufun.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and our return address.

Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Return Address: Please note that all returns must be shipped to our main warehouse in China.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (actual cost). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Visa, PayPal, Google Pay). Please allow 1-7 days for your bank to post the refund.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 30 days. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returning standard items.
6. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. However, many of our costumes are made-to-order.

Standard Orders:

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the order is shipped.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items:

Within 24 Hours: Full Refund.

After 24 Hours (Production Started): We will refund 70% of the total price. The remaining 30% will be deducted as a Material & Labor fee, as production has already begun and materials have been cut.

Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please wait to receive the package and initiate a return.

Our Delay: If we fail to ship your order within the stated processing time, you have the right to cancel for a Full Refund.
