  • Warehouse Location: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

  • Carriers: We use reliable carriers such as USPS, YunExpress, and DHL to ensure your package arrives safely.

2. Processing Time
Before we ship your order, we need time to prepare your products (quality check, packing, and customs documentation).

  • Handling Time: 3 - 7 Business Days.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time.

  • Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Incorrect Address & Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Please carefully review your shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

    • Reshipment: You may be responsible for the reshipping costs.

    • Refunds: If you prefer a refund for a returned package (due to wrong address), we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping cost.

6. Change of Address

  • Before Shipping: If your item hasn't been shipped, please contact us immediately to update your address for free.

  • After Shipping: We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
